We are an INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL COORDINATION OFFICE (IMCO) "UNIVERSAL" – a structure created to support patients during their treatment in major government hospitals in Harbin (northeast China).

IMCO is also the foreign relations Department of the Heilongjiang Central hospital “NUNKAN” and the office is within the hospital. The service is running since 2002, helping patients with various types of tumours - malignant and benign, and everyone in a short time to undergo cancer screening. We also work with patients who need rehabilitation treatment after stroke, traumatic brain and spinal injuries.

OUR MAIN GOAL is to help foreign patients  to modern and effective medical care in major generalist public hospitals third (highest in China) categories, from a trusted, reputable specialists.
